Chinese Medicine

Chinese Medicine uses acupuncture, herbs, cupping and other modalities to treat various health concerns.

Micro Needling

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses tiny needles to create micro-punctures in your skin to produce collagen and elastin (proteins that give your skin strength and elasticity). Uses: Wrinkles, Scars, Stretch marks. I offer 2 types of Micro needling treatment sessions.

LED Light Therapy

LED light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to accelerate wound healing and treat a range of skin issues including: Acne, Aging, and Rosacea.

Welcome; I’m a licensed acupuncturist with over twenty-three years’ experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I help patients achieve optimal health naturally through acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine and lifestyle suggestions.

My practice in River West, Chicago, is a warm environment where I specialize in treating allergies, digestive disorders, and all forms of pain, especially pelvic pain, back, and muscle pain. I also specialize in treating gynecological concerns, including premenstrual syndrome, menopause and vulvodynia.

I earned a B. S., in Kinesiology from University of Illinois in Chicago, and an M. S., in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, a 4-year program in Boulder, Colorado. I also have a Diplomate from the NCCAOM, the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I completed an internship at the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital in Beijing, China.

I am committed to providing the highest quality of care. It is a pleasure to share my knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine with my patients. I have researched and written numerous articles in the field of Chinese medicine, many of which are available on my blog about health and Chinese Medicine.
